Developed throughout three generations, repeatedly refined and reinvented: our hotel at the lake Klopein – a large resort site with three connected hotel buildings, which all have a unique own character: the main “Haupthaus” building was built in a classical style in 1994, the modern ‘SeenSucht” building was built from scratch in 2015 and the “West-End” building was refurbished in 2017. The hotel compound is surrounded by large garden, park and leisure facilities as well as smaller apartment houses. The beach apartments are a popular choice for guests that seek the more individual and easy-going lifestyle right by the lake. An apartment in the garden house offers a lot of space and a little kitchen area – ideal for an unforgettable family holiday in a luxury resort at one of the most beautiful lakes.
Enjoy our delicious cuisine in the middle of our chestnut tree terrace, which is easily accessible from all three hotel buildings. The daily breakfast/brunch buffets spoil your taste buds with themed highlights such as fresh waffles, pancakes, smoked salmon or regional delicacies and our award winning chef enchants you with his ingenious dinner creations. The five restaurant areas in our hotel at the lake Klopein span from the main “Haupthaus” building to the “West-End” building.
The 200m long private hotel beach stretches along the shallow bank of the lake Klopein and it offers many sunbeds, two large piers and many shady trees. Enjoy wonderful hours in the pleasant beach atmosphere in our hotel at the lake Klopein. On one of the piers you will find our lake sauna island, which is a sheltered nude area from which you can directly access the fresh water of the lake. From 12.30pm until late at night we will serve delicious sundaes, cakes, snacks, cocktails, and refreshing drinks in our beach bar/café. The heated beach pool is located directly in front of the beach bar/café and from within the warm water you can enjoy a fantastic view over the lake onto the stunning alpine mountain chains. Just around the corner, our smaller guests will find our large sand playground.
Our family hotel at the lake Klopein offers even more: besides relaxed swimming in the fresh lake water and tanning on the floating sunbeds, we also offer paddle boats, kayaks, rowing boats, Stand-Up paddle boards and the fun aqua skipper for impressive explorations and sportive challenges. You will also find a gym as well as a small indoor pool with relaxation area in our hotel at the lake Klopein.
Have a great time on the hotel site – our clay tennis court, mini golf course, croquet lawn, golf training area with chipping and putting green and our outdoor fitness mile provide the ideal variety of sports activities – challenge your friends, other guests or yourself.
